I started A+ Gutter & Window Cleaning over a decade ago and we have seen rapid growth. With so many people on our crews at different times of the year, I feel it’s important to make sure that we have a work environment that’s safe, fun and progressive.

• Are you working with someone who isn’t using fall protection when they should?
• Is someone bullying you at work?
• Does someone have an attitude that clashes with yours?
• Is there something serious going on in your personal life that requires an adjustment to your work?
• Is there something about the job that’s overly frustrating?

I can’t be at every job and I don’t work with everyone on a regular basis.

Even if your submission is minor it will serve as a notice to look into the subject matter further. Some things are very easily corrected, but they have to be communicated first.
